We are a group of industry veterans who provide free consultation on places to work. As a sex worker collective, we assist sex workers by providing updated information on which brothels, escorts, massages, strip clubs, and discreet private arrangements are currently busy, as well as coaching/guidance and more. There are over 400 brothels and escort and massage operators in Sydney, most promise big money but only a very small percentage are honest and most places are actually currently quiet. There are 400 brothels and escort operators in Sydney. A lot of them advertise big money for girls, promising a busy place and the highest rates. But only very few are truthful. Which ones are truly busy right now? Which ones are actually quiet? We as a sex worker collective and industry veterans have this data through our networks and industry friends, and we are happy to share these findings with you at no cost.
Most of us when we started working in the sex industry, were clueless and blind on which places to work at, and had to experiment trying multiple different places one by one, a very tedious and often time-wasting process not to mention some places are terribly run and some are quite dodgy. We do not wish other people to go through the same process. This is now the information age, and it’s our wish that new people starting can get personalized suggestions through us on which places in Sydney would be the best match. Rather than do things the typical way, we’ve created a system designed around each person’s needs.
Everyone is unique, and every brothel has a different customer base with statistically different preferences. Certain nationalities may be busy in one shop, but not busy in another shop. Certain body types are preferable in one shop, but not in another. Age, height, weight, cup size, nationality, background, all play a factor and Sydney having so many brothels may be overwhelming for someone new to try and research and choose which place to work with. Free of charge. We don’t take money from you nor your earnings, we make money from the brothel/escort operator’s cut on each job. You get the same pay in the shops regardless of you come through us or not, it does not affect your earnings at all.
We charge a very small fixed fee per job on our referrals. Ensuring we only refer the right individual to the right place, where they can be the busiest and make the most money. We charge the same amount per job at every shop, to ensure fairness in our recommendation and no conflict of interest.
We can on-board your clients to us and let them gain exposure to our networks for a share in commissions. We already have deals with almost all of the top 10 busiest shops in Sydney, and countless others.

Every day. You choose your shifts. When the roster is full, first pick goes to women who can start at opening or stay until close, and that rule is written down.
An optional shift after close on Friday and Saturday nights, 3am to 11am, for anyone who wants it, once our approved hours allow it.
In full, at the end of every shift, with an itemised record. No fines, no bond, no sign-on or photo fee, no debts. Your tips are yours.
Refuse any client or any service, any time. Condoms are never negotiable. Photo ID on every client, an alarm in every room, door staff whenever we are open.
A quiet room, instructions in writing, one named contact each shift, and adjustments on request with no diagnosis needed.

Our aims are high: 7 to 10 jobs a day, 3 to 5 even when it is quiet, at least $1,000 a day for everyone, and $2,000 for top performers. So you can judge them yourself, here is one real fortnight from previous shops we managed: 315 shifts worked by 72 women.
Most shifts landed between 3 and 7 jobs. One in ten reached 10 or more.
Each line runs from the quietest woman's shift to the busiest that day; the dot is the middle. The whole shop did between 74 and 162 jobs a day, with 15 to 29 women on.
Recorded pay is what the job sheets show. Tips are not recorded, so the with-tips figures are our estimate: tips usually make up about a fifth of what a woman takes home.
Top shifts usually record around $1,500, and a $300 to $700 tip takes them to about $2,000. In this fortnight, 18% of all the women (and 25% of those who worked five or more days) had at least one shift that recorded $1,500 or more.
The best seven days in this sample recorded $10,230, about $12,800 with tips. The best single week we have seen anyone earn was $17,600. Plan your life around the typical numbers above, not the best ones.

Our aims are aims, not promises, and nobody is ever pressured to see more clients to reach a number.
